What is your return policy?

If you don't like your item(s) for any reason, you can submit your return for exchange only within 7 days of receiving order.​

  • No refunds, exchanges only

  • Email service.lusciouslooks@gmail.com with your reason for exchange and item(s) you would like to exchange

  • Check which items are ineligible for return below

  • Customer pays for shipping and handling

  • Email your return tracking number, we can't look you up without it

Which items are ineligible for returns?

  • Sale items 

  • Croc charms

  • Shoes that are dirty, scuffed, worn, missing the original box, and returned as a damaged box

If your return comes back with any of these ineligible items, we won't be able to proceed with the exchange. 

I got my order and something's wrong, what do I do?

If you received your order and something's wrong, we need to know within 2 days. If the item is defective or damaged, send us a picture to our email service.lusciouslooks@gmail.com.

When will my order be shipped?

Packages are shipped Monday-Friday only. Please allow your order 3-5 business days to be processed and shipped.
