Which items are ineligible for returns?
Shoes that are dirty, scuffed, worn, missing the original box, and returned as a damaged box
If your return comes back with any of these ineligible items, we won't be able to proceed with the exchange.
I got my order and something's wrong, what do I do?
If you received your order and something's wrong, we need to know within 2 days. If the item is defective or damaged, send us a picture to our email firstname.lastname@example.org.
When will my order be shipped?
Packages are shipped Monday-Friday only. Please allow your order 3-5 business days to be processed and shipped.
